The 2021 British Grand Prix saw one of the most dramatic and controversial first laps of the year as Max Verstappen managed to get past pole-sitter Lewis Hamilton, before the two came together at Copse Corner, sending Verstappen slamming into the barriers.
The race was red flagged to allow the marshals to recover Verstappen's wrecked car, while Hamilton was handed a 10-second time penalty by the stewards.
Then the seven-time champion got the hammer down and fought his way back up the order as he chased down a record-extending eighth British Grand Prix victory.
