MUST-SEE: From unbearable tension to raucous celebrations – The Red Bull garage erupts at championship win
For much of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the race and the championship looked to be slipping away from Red Bull, with Team Principal Christian Horner even saying with 10 laps to go that they needed a miracle to win.
So it was no surprise to see the raw emotion in the Red Bull garage, as the mechanics and engineers watched the final lap and saw their man pass Lewis Hamilton for the lead.
From the unbearable tension of the restart, to the pure jubilant excitement as Verstappen overtook Hamilton for what was the championship, the team were quick to sprint across the pit lane and clamber up onto the fences to roar their driver across the line as he claimed a famous win.
