1. A crucial start
I can already hear you saying “Isn’t every start crucial?”, and yes, it is. But in Monaco, it’s even more so. The margin for error is pretty big, given it’s such a short run to Turn 1 that there’s not very long for the car in second place to make up enough ground to overtake the driver on pole position, but it’s not impossible – and it has of course happened in the past.
