OFFICIAL GRID: Who starts where in Azerbaijan after Hamilton, Ocon, Gasly and Zhou demotions

A fascinating Azerbaijan Grand Prix grid provides the prospect of a mouthwatering race around the Baku streets, with Ferrari's Charles Leclerc starting from pole here for the fourth year in succession.
Alongside him on the front row is a McLaren, but not that of title contender Lando Norris, who failed to progress beyond Q1. Instead it's Oscar Piastri who will vie for the Turn 1 lead, chased hard by row-two starters Carlos Sainz and Sergio Perez.
Baku specialist Perez for once got the better of Red Bull team mate Max Verstappen, who will start sixth, the world champion sandwiched between the Mercedes of George Russell and the Aston Martin of Fernando Alonso.
A remarkable performance in only his second Grand Prix saw Franco Colapinto outqualify team mate Alex Albon at Williams, meaning they start eighth and ninth, with the Haas of Ollie Bearman – standing in for the banned Kevin Magnussen – completing the top ten.
Pierre Gasly had been thrilled with 13th for Alpine, only to then find himself disqualified for a fuel-flow irregularity on his car. He is thus demoted to the back row along with Kick Sauber's Zhou Guanyu, who picked up a grid penalty earlier in the weekend for the use of additional power unit elements.
Finally, Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton and Alpine's Esteban Ocon are required to start from the pit lane after late set-up and power unit element changes. They had initially qualified seventh and 20th respectively.
