TECH WEEKLY: Has Red Bull’s new Miami floor paved the way for them to get back in the fight with McLaren in 2025?

The new floor introduced by Red Bull in Miami on the car of Max Verstappen represented general development in adding aero load to the car but was not specifically targeted at improving the balance problems the team have suffered so far this season.
There is an ongoing programme to address that, to make the RB21 a more driveable car with a wider range of corners in which it can retain good balance. Some of the developments related to this are expected to be seen on the car at Imola.
