WATCH: Jolyon Palmer's Analysis – were penalties to Norris and Perez in Austria completely fair?
In the video above, ex-F1 racer Jolyon Palmer looks at the penalties issued to McLaren's Lando Norris and Red Bull's Sergio Perez in the Austrian Grand Prix, and weighs up whether or not they were justified.
After Norris was given a five-second penalty in Austria, plus two penalty points on his licence, Palmer examines how the McLaren driver went into Turn 4 with Perez challenging around the outside of his MCL35M, and why the penalty was issued, answering the big question: was it fair?
Then there were the two penalties that Perez received, for forcing Ferrari's Charles Leclerc off at Turn 4 and then Turn 6 later in the race. They amounted to 10 seconds and four penalty points for the Red Bull man.
