WATCH: The F1 community bids farewell to Kimi Raikkonen ahead of 349th and final start
From the 2001 Australian Grand Prix to the 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix – Kimi Raikkonen’s Formula 1 career has been a rollercoaster, encompassing 21 victories, 18 pole positions and 103 podiums.
But Raikkonen’s 349th start at Yas Marina will be his last, as he retires from a sport where he remains a fan favourite – and enduring legend.
Ahead of the race start, Raikkonen’s fellow F1 drivers, as well as team principals and other key people from his career gave thanks and said goodbye to the Iceman after a momentous journey.
